Competition/European Law: State Aid

The team boasts a strong expertise and experience in dealing with all the aspects of State aid control, in handling merger control cases and in advising clients on antitrust law, foreign direct investment control and EU law matters. It also regularly advises in connection to any aspects of antitrust relevance relating to merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions, dealing with the identification of the jurisdictions in which the transaction has to be notified, the substantial impact of the transaction on the relevant markets and the notification to the competent authorities in the European Union or in non-EU countries.
