Bond Solon provide witness familiarisation sessions for both lay and expert witnesses across various legal fora. These include all divisions of the High Court, arbitration, Family Court, tribunals (including employment, tax), criminal proceedings, inquiries, interviews and professional conduct hearings. They have adapted all sessions to be suitable for remote hearings, and regularly deliver for witnesses giving evidence by video link. 

Bond Solon is based in central London and provides sessions across the UK. They are regularly instructed to deliver sessions globally, including in all the major arbitration and offshore centres. They also have a partnership with Legal Empowerment, based in Australasia, who have the license to deliver Bond Solon Witness Familiarisation training in the region. Bond Solon have extensive experience of working with international witnesses, often with interpreters present. 

The Witness Familiarisation department involves in excess of 40 lawyer-trainers. including barristers and solicitors, from a wide range of practice areas. All of these lawyers are also trained trainers, with years of working with witnesses behind them.
