Our practice participates in some of the most complex mergers and investigations into unlawful conduct.  The impact and number of the issues we have handled have been a source of specialized expertise on a wide variety of commercial activities, adding significant value to our service.

We provide advice in three main areas: investigations, anti-trust behavior and legal advice. We actively advice on a large number of investigators opened by the competition authorities (price fixing and discrimination market and client sharing “excesive” pricing, predatory pricing, margin squeeze and various cases of abuse of dominant position in general. Our advice includes drafting procurement contracts, competition impact assessments, all representation before the competition authorities, attending informative and evidentiary hearings, and where necessary, undertaking a defense or objection to proceedings before the courts.

We provide legal advice on the prevention of various types of behavior that might be covered by competition laws. We also undertake statutory audits of varying scope and offer training courses.
