About
Provided by Bomchil
We participate in the most complex economic concentrations and investigations into anti-trust behavior.
We actively participate in a large number of investigations pursued by the competition law authorities pertaining to different types of behavior, such as price fixing and discrimination, market and client allocation, resale price fixing and excessive pricing, predatory pricing, margin squeeze, exclusionary practices, and other types of abuse of dominant position. Our participation in these cases involves appearing to defend our clients before administrative bodies and courts, including extraordinary appeals to the Argentine Supreme Court.
As regards economic concentrations, our work includes advising our clients on the drafting of procurement contracts based on the impact of transactions, conducting all types of filings before the competition law authorities, attending informative and testimonial hearings and, if necessary, being in charge of the defense or objection regarding court proceedings.
Our practice also includes advising clients on manners to prevent several types of behavior potentially covered by competition legislation, for instance, executing collaborative agreements between competitors or analyzing commercial policies. Furthermore, we conduct legal auditing and internal investigations of a varied scope and offer training courses.
