Bofill Mir Abogados' Public Law practice provides solutions and advises clients in different areas of public law with a significant expertise in constitutional and administrative proceedings. The team advises on contentious and non-contentious litigation, judicial reviews, and litigation before local courts, the Courts of Appeals, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court. Aditionally, the firm has an acknowledged expertise representing clients in hearings at all levels of the Chilean Administrative Law structure including actions presented before the local Comptroller and Administrative Law Authorities (Contraloría General de la República).
It also has also extensive experience in regulated markets, and routinely advises national and international clients in all regulatory matters within a range of  industries and sectors. As such, we are regularly involved in different due diligence processes regarding mining, natural resources, and infrastructure and energy projects.

In the last period the team has been heavily involved in the process of the New Constitution proposal, advising our clients in the potential impacts of the proposed constitutional changes.
