Recent work highlights: In copyright matters, we have advised Finnish media group MTV in a significant competition/copyright dispute against Teosto, the Finnish music copyright organization. This case, involving multiple legal proceedings, questions whether Teosto has abused its dominant market position by charging unreasonably high copyright fees. The case was recognized by Managing IP as the impact case of 2023.
