- Successfully defending GSK and Novartis in Federal Court proceedings issued by the ACCC regarding the branding of Voltaren Osteo Gel.
- Representing both Generic Health/Lupin and Alembic Pharmaceuticals in the 6 week trial for recovery of compensation in the Efexor patent proceeding in the Federal Court.
- Acting for Dongkuk Steel in defending patent infringement (and revocation) proceedings brought by BlueScope Steel in respect of patents relating to BlueScope’s Next Gen galvalume product.
