We continue to act on some the market’s most complex and high value corporate, and M&A matters, offering broad sector-specific knowledge and unrivalled cross-border advice. We had another stellar year, closing numerous M&A deals and continuing to grow our already thriving practice. We also continue to be instructed on some of the biggest mandates in the Nordic market. The Commercial team has a particular focus and extensive expertise in providing commercial advice on complex and strategic agreements and has been involved in the most complex development projects within digital services and digital transformation projects in the Nordics in recent years.
