We advised Oji Holdings on the acquisition of Walki Group from private equity firm One Equity Partners.

We advised Edita Group Oyj on the divestment by structured auction of its subsidiary Edita Prima Oy to PostNord Strålfors Oy, a Nordic communications solution provider.
