The Binder Grösswang competition team is one of the biggest in Austria. That allows swift handling even of complex and particularly major cartel and market abuse cases as well as large merger notifications. In addition to issues of antitrust law, topics on laws relating to public procurement, state aid, energy and general EU law rank among our specialisations. Depending on the case and needs, our experts cooperate closely with other teams of our law firm – for instance the M&A, Corporate or Finance teams. We represent our clients before Austrian and EU authorities and in cross-border cases we work with high-level foreign partner law firms within the framework of our international network.
