• GIC Strategic Partnership with Sani/Ikos Group: Lambros Belessis, Evi Kitsou, Eleni Gerasimidou and team advised GIC on their entry into a strategic partnership with Sani / Ikos Group, under which GIC becomes the leading shareholder alongside Sani/Ikos Group’s management team. The transaction values the Sani/Ikos Group at €2.3bn.
• SMB Hotels Acquisition of Buildings: Panayotis Bernitsas, Christina Zakopoulou and team advised the major hospitality group SMB Hotels Holdings BV on the acquisition of existing hotels and other buildings to be transformed into boutique lifestyle hotels located in the center of Athens.
• Sale of Island in Greece: Panayotis Bernitsas, Christina Zakopoulou and team are advising high net worth individuals on the sale of an island in Greece.
