- Yannis Seiradakis, Eleni Stazilova and team advised Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (Masdar) in the acquisition of a controlling stake in TERNA ENERGY from GEK TERNA and other key stakeholders of TERNA Energy.
- Yannis Seiradakis, Eleni Stazilova and team acted as lead Greek counsel to Metlen Energy & Metals on the groundbreaking dual-listing of Metlen Energy & Metals PLC. The team advised on all the energy law matters associated with the listing.
- Yannis Seiradakis, Eleni Stazilova and team advised Greenvolt International Power SA, a major international wind and solar developer listed in Euronext Lisbon, in relation to the acquisition of 5 wind parks with a total capacity of 120MW.
- Yannis Seiradakis, Stella Papakosta and team advised China State Grid on the acquisition of a 20% stake in Ariadne Interconnection, a subsidiary of IPTO, implementing the electricity interconnection between Attica and the Island of Crete.
