Recent Experience
- Abu Dhabi Future Energy Masdar Acquisition of TERNA Energy: Yannis Seiradakis, Eleni Stazilova and team advised Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (Masdar) in the acquisition of a controlling stake in TERNA ENERGY from GEK TERNA and other key stakeholders of TERNA Energy.
- China State Grid Ariadne Interconnection: Yannis Seiradakis and team advised China State Grid in relation to the acquisition of a 20% stake in Ariadne Interconnection, a subsidiary of IPTO, implementing the electricity interconnection between Attica and the Island of Crete.
