Recent Experience:

  • Masdar acquisition οf TERNA ENERGY: Nikos Papachristopoulos, Yannis Seiradakis and team advised Masdar on the acquisition of initially a controlling stake in TERNA ENERGY from GEK TERNA and other key shareholders of TERNA ENERGΥ and subsequently up to 100% of TERNA ENERGY from its minority shareholders through a mandatory tender offer. This is the largest ever energy transaction on ATHEX and one of the largest in the EU renewables industry.
  • Constant Contact acquisition of Moosend from Sitecore: Lambros Belessis and team advised Constant Contact on the acquisition of Moosend, an email marketing and automation platform provider, from Sitecore.
  • CVC and HHG disposal of part of its stake to PureHealth: Nikos Papachristopoulos and team advised CVC and HHG in connection with the sale of a 60% stake in HHG to PureHealth by CVC and HHG’s CEO.
  • Georg Duncker GmbH & Co. KG acquisition of 2 marine insurance intermediation companies: Evi Kitsou and team advised Georg Duncker GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of two Greek-based insurance brokers, both active in the marine insurance intermediation business.
