Our experts have experience in bidding processes, drafting concession agreements and renegotiating concession contracts, often involving the participation of provincial governments.

We advise on regulatory issues at the national and provincial level, as well as for cross-border deals, and assist global clients with market entry strategies, through either acquisitions or the direct establishment of a local subsidiary, including corporate registrations.
