We have a very active and broad-based contentious practice. We act for clients ranging from domestic and international companies and financial institutions to government bodies, trust companies and private individuals, and we regularly work in collaboration with leading international law firms.

Our practice includes:

• commercial litigation and arbitration. We are experienced in judicial and extra-judicial disputes of all kinds before all authorities and courts of law in Liechtenstein. Our focus is on civil proceedings, including mainstream corporate and contractual disputes, acting for (among others) domestic and international companies, banks, insurers and other financial institutions. We also have many years’ experience acting for domestic and foreign clients in all areas of arbitration.

• administrative law. We are active in all areas of general and special administrative law in which private individuals and companies appear against the state or public authorities.
