Many of our lawyers’ practices touch on many of these areas, creating a diversified practice and client base. 

Ballard Spahr is one of the primary law firms representing clients involved in major ski area base redevelopments in Vail, Aspen, Crested Butte, Beaver Creek and Steamboat Springs.

We often represent clients in complex real estate financing transactions. We represent two large institutional investors in the acquisition and leasing of office and industrial projects in the Western United States. Over the last two years, we have assisted in the acquisition and leasing of more than 2 million square feet for these clients.
