Our Washington, D.C., real estate practice attorneys advise and represent clients in all facets of real estate transactions in the region and throughout the United States. Our D.C. office clients include many of the region’s and nation’s leading developers and lenders. We also represent numerous public housing authorities across the nation, including the District of Columbia Housing Authority and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, for major projects, including many of the earliest transactions under HUD’s new Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.
