We have had roles and made contributions to, most of the major P3 projects across the country in the last 15 years, serving as P3 counsel to public owners, bond counsel to issuers and lender’s legal advisor to developers.  We work with government federal, state, and local agencies, with international and domestic private entities, and our clients range from developers, investors, government entities, investment banks, property owners, engineering and construction firms and concessionaires.
