Our Restructuring and Insolvency practice advises corporate debtors on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency proceedings. We propose workouts, including the Turnaround ADR restructuring and legal insolvency proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Law, the Corporate Reorganization Law and the Bankruptcy Law.

We frequently act as debtors' counsel and creditors' counsel in connection with various insolvency proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Law, the Corporate Reorganization Law and the Bankruptcy Law. This experience enables us to successfully balance conflicting interests among stakeholders, including creditors, investors, sponsors/acquirers and lenders. Our in-depth expertise enables us to provide sound advice to avert or alleviate a corporate crisis. We also propose alternative solutions, including M&A, reorganization or disposition, if necessary, to quickly revitalize a business.
