In particular, the Italian Practice Group assists its clients throughout the entire life-cycle of their products: manufacturing, research and development, including clinical trials, early access programs for the sale of unlicensed medicines, obtaining licenses and permits, marketing and promotion, pricing and reimbursement, distribution, post marketing vigilance, product recalls, interactions with Healthcare Professionals ("HCPs") and Healthcare Organizations ("HCOs") and related transparency obligations, participation in public tenders and litigation before the Administrative Courts. We also help life sciences clients with all aspects of intellectual property registration, protection and enforcement and represent clients in trademark and patent prosecution.
