Our experienced L&E trial lawyers based in California have the unique capability to handle complex, litigation and frequently represent clients in individual and collective actions, arbitrations, mediations, at trial, and through other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Importantly, beyond litigating matters, we try and win cases -- in the last 12-24 months have tried cases to defense verdicts in federal and state courts and before arbitration tribunals (FINRA, AAA, JAMS, etc.).
