About

Provided by Baker McKenzie

Our Employment Practice Group is made up of 9 lawyers working exclusively on employment matters. The team offers comprehensive assistance in employment issues, in the area of individual and collective labour law (including employment agreements, non-competition agreements, internal regulations), individual or collective redundancies and collective disputes. In addition, we participate in the processes of restructuring (transfers of employees, mass redundancies), as well as advise on the employment of foreigners and legal and employee audits.

Our Employment practice is part of the global labour law practice so we can share experiences with lawyers from many countries and provide clients with comprehensive information on applicable labour regulations in other jurisdictions, including EU countries.

One of our crucial client-focused product is the on-going employment law Helpline. Under this arrangement all stakeholders at the client (e.g. members of HR and operations teams) ask questions directly through our dedicated mailbox and receive immediate feedback. Under the Helpline, we monitor and share with the client metrics and trends regarding the legal issues raised by the HR team on an ongoing basis to support knowledge management and development.
