We are involved in pre-bankruptcy planning and have served as trustees and examiners in large Chapter 11 cases. We represent Creditors' Committees, Bondholders' Committees, Trustees, and Examiners, and serve as state court receivers. In Chapter 11 proceedings, we have represented secured lenders with collateral including real estate, accounts receivable, and intellectual property. We assist clients with distressed asset transactions involving hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, office buildings, and more.

We have handled numerous consumer credit trials before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for mortgage companies, automotive creditors, and secured lenders.
