BAHR’s Dispute Resolution team advises on high-stakes commercial disputes, acting for clients in complex litigation and arbitration. The team is regularly instructed in matters involving significant financial exposure, multi-party dynamics and cross-border elements.
We combine specialist dispute resolution capability with deep knowledge of key industries to provide clear strategic advice from the outset, covering case assessment, dispute strategy, interim measures, hearings and enforcement. Where relevant, we integrate expertise from across the firm, including M&A/Corporate, Private Equity, ECM, DCM, Banking & Finance/Restructuring and Energy, ensuring a seamless approach in disputes with transactional or financing complexity.
For international arbitration and cross-border disputes, we leverage BAHR’s pan-Scandinavian platform and work closely with colleagues in Scandinavia to coordinate strategy and execution across jurisdictions.
In addition to handling proceedings, we help clients mitigate risk and reduce the likelihood of disputes through practical, business-oriented tools and advice, including dispute prevention frameworks, contract risk reviews and escalation protocols.
