Bae, Kim & Lee has a well-respected international trade law practice in South Korea, advising clients on contentious and non-contentious matters such as anti-dumping issues, trade remedy measures and customs investigations as well as tariff valuations. The firm often acts for governments in arbitration relating to FTAs and ICSID proceedings, in addition to representing Korean companies and multinational corporations in handling origin verification issues under FTAs.
