Kim Jihyun is well regarded for her experience in contentious IP matters, particularly in relation to trade secrets, copyright and data protection issues. Her expertise attracts regular instructions from clients in a broad range of industries such as technology, media, and food and beverages. She also offers advice on non-contentious IP mandates and has advised Korean clients subject to US ITC investigations.

Kang Kijoong has ascended in the rankings for two consecutive years thanks to strong market support and is the leader of Bae, Kim & Lee's IP practice group.
