Ashurst Paris International Projects Group (IPG) aims to offer full-service capability in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on international M&A and project financing and other financing and business transactions, and the skill-set to advise on project development, financing and M&A. The team has dual French law and English law capability in Paris, and routinely advises on major M&A, project financing and development transactions in Africa, CEE and LatAm as well as domestically in France. 

The team's expertise covers oil & gas (upstream, midstream and downstream), mining, renewable energy as well as infrastructure (including hospitals, airports, roads/motorways, health, water, waste, public transportation, urbanisation projects, both greenfield and brownfield).  Our clients range from major commercial banks and multilateral financial institutions through to leading project sponsors, infrastructure funds, corporates and governments.
