As one of very few law firms in Norway, Arntzen de Besche provides full service on the EEA/EU law, including anti-trust, merger control, state aid, public procurement and EEA law, to national and international clients, in particular the US, UK and the other Nordic countries. 

Being a horizontal practice group, the lawyers provide services both “in-house” to other practice groups and on a standalone basis to external clients. Progressively, a larger part of the workload is now on a standalone basis to external clients. 

The practice group provides services to undertakings active within the transport sector, including both land transport and aviation, life sciences, including both pharmaceuticals and food, and construction, in addition to the finance and oil & gas sectors and traditional industry. 

Over the last year the practice group has been mandated on large assignments from international clients and large national.
