Arnold Bloch Leibler acted on behalf of the Karungkarni Art and Culture Aboriginal Corporation in its efforts to lift an embargo on access to sensitive cultural information related to native title at Wave Hill Station. This information, belonging to the Gurindji peoples, was gathered by two eminent anthropologists, Professors Ron and Catherine Berndt, in the 1940s.
