Our department provides tax and fiscal advice on a regular basis to clients based in Free Trade Zones of Honduras and other clients who can be beneficiaries of other special tax regimes. Among these, we have clients that manufacture or produce goods for export, and who can apply to a temporary import regime (RIT), renewable energy laws grant fiscal benefits for start-ups and there are other existing fiscal rules that benefit corporations in export manufacturing sector and other export activities, such as agribusiness.
