Arbitration

ArbBoutique is an increasingly prominent team on the Belgian and international arbitration scene, demonstrating experience in the handling of ICSID, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICC and DIAC arbitration proceedings. Team members regularly occupy a variety of positions in arbitral tribunals, including acting as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and chair.
