Frequently multi-jurisdictional in nature, this includes advice in relation to trusts, company and shareholder disputes, directors’ duties, investment funds, banking and other financial transactions, fraud and asset tracing claims, as well as all the aspects of the regulatory framework in which our clients operate. We work on some of the largest and most complex offshore cases, advising and being engaged by a large number of global law firms and leading institutions. We also are involved in virtually all of Cayman’s leading trust cases.
Specialist areas and industries include (by way of example) fund disputes, professional negligence, M&A disputes, insolvency and restructuring in the energy sector, trust disputes and merger disputes.
