APM’s Labour & Employment Department provides comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of Israeli labour law to a wide international and domestic client base across sectors including Hi-Tech, FinTech, Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate and Construction, FoodTech, Media and Film, Transportation and Automotive, and R&D companies.

The team advises on contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex employment issues (wages, benefits, pensions, severance), compliance planning for HR and corporate teams, and the preparation of legal opinions, workplace handbooks, and policies (including data privacy and remote working), codes of conduct, and employment-related agreements.

The team represents clients in labour proceedings at all instances, including tribunals, disciplinary proceedings, arbitrations, parity committees, and relevant enforcement and supervisory bodies. It also advises on crisis situations, collective bargaining agreement disputes (including negotiation and drafting), employment aspects of M&A transactions and major structural changes, compliance reviews, and complex work arrangements, including engagements with service and HR companies and employment of foreign workers. Labour & Employment lawyers work closely with the firm’s Tax, IP, and M&A teams to provide a multidisciplinary approach aligned with clients’ business objectives.
