The Insolvency and Banking Litigation department is led by Adv. Erez Haver, who frequently acts as a receiver, liquidator, special administrator or trustee in various insolvency proceedings. Over the years Adv. Haver has attained vast experience, including his involvement in some of the most high profile and challenging cases in Israel.
