We have extensive ICT-related litigation experience, ICT due diligence, representing several clients in disputes regarding software contracts, ISPs’ liability, etc.

We assist hardware manufacturers, software developers, system integrators, e-commerce players, telecommunication operators and suppliers of other ICT-related services, such as consulting, support and maintenance services. We also assist telecom and IT clients with respect to their M&A projects and other corporate issues.
