Our Vietnam Corporate and M&A practice is focused on cross-border M&A deals for major foreign investors (including corporates and private equity funds), in addition to other forms of foreign direct investment in Vietnam (eg, establishment of branches, subsidiaries and representative offices) and joint ventures (or other forms of business cooperation).

Our experience spans a broad range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, financial services (including banking, insurance and consumer finance), manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, entertainment & leisure, food & beverage and real estate.
