About this network

Alianza Legal Latinoamericana is a regional alliance of leading full-service law firms established in 2018 that provides coordinated legal support across Latin America. The network brings together 21 independent member firms from Latin America and other key jurisdictions with strong business and investment ties to the region. Its members are committed to delivering seamless advice on cross-border corporate matters while maintaining consistent standards of quality and efficiency. The alliance operates through a formal governance structure and holds regular meetings across member jurisdictions. Member firms collaborate on a broad range of practice areas, including arbitration, employment, intellectual property, transactional matters and tax, and participate in peer-to-peer training initiatives. The alliance has also published a bilingual Doing Business Guide for investors and companies operating in the region. Rafael Torres Morales of Torres y Torres Lara Abogados serves as president of the network and its key contact.
