Alessandri advises domestic and foreign clients, global investment banks and asset management companies on capital markets and investment matters. Our services include advice relating to mutual funds, alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity funds and institutional investors, in particular pension funds.

We advise asset management companies in connection with their investments in Chilean capital markets (Cartica, Sailingstone), as well as alternative investments (TIAA-CREF). We have also sponsored the main placements of foreign private equity funds in Chile (KKR, Goldman Sachs, Coller Capital, TPG, Panteón, Och Ziff, Cinven, Oaktree, Hudson / LoneStar) in many cases working closely with the global advisors of some of these firms (Linklaters, Debevoise and Plimpton, Morgan Lewis and Bockius Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton). These placements were made through local feeder funds.
