David Francis has a solid presence in the pensions field, with experience in various issues relating to M&A, cross-border schemes, multi-employer defined contribution plans and defined benefit plans.

Michael Doyle handles a broad remit of employment topics, including the labour aspects of corporate transactions, enforcement of restrictive covenants, senior executive exit arrangements, collective redundancies and disciplinary issues. Additionally, he advises on HR matters such as remote working and data protection.
