AMJ’s litigation and arbitration practice is the largest in Oman and comprises three specialised teams led by founders and senior partners, Mansoor Jamal Malik and Dr Said Hilall Al Busaidy. Each team includes senior, international lawyers with multi-jurisdictional experience, and a large cadre of licensed Omani advocates. AMJ’s arbitration practice has international lawyers with expertise in high-value domestic and international arbitration of both public and private law disputes. Their experience spans a variety of industry sectors acting as arbitrators and lead counsel before the Omani courts and in international arbitrations under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules before the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
