The Team represents many of the major local and international banks and international financial institutions acting as lenders, agents, security agents and/or investment vehicles for a broad range of Turkish and cross border public, private and leveraged transactions.

Banking and financial sectors are heavily regulated, and the Firm is well-equipped to offer regulatory services and support for all necessary interaction with relevant administrations such as the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Capital Markets Board.

Akol Law also has extensive experience in revolving credit facilities, mezzanine/senior debt financings, and invoice discounting facilities, syndicated loans, club loans, participations, straight bank lending, treasury products, restructurings, asset based and other secured financing, as well as loan note structures and other deferred consideration arrangements.

Acquisition Finance is one of the main specialties of the Team and has a strong track-record in these types of transactions and therefore the ability to move swiftly through financing structures and suggest creative structuring solutions for banks and borrowers alike.
