Schjødt's team of specialist intellectual property ("IP") lawyers provides legal advice to Nordic and international companies on matters relating to IP issues such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, marketing law, media and entertainment law, and market regulations. Our work is focused on IP dispute resolution, IP transactions, and IP advisory work.

Our lawyers have an excellent track record in patent, trademark and marketing law litigation, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration. We also have vast experience handling IP matters before several industrial property authorities, such as the Norwegian Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights. In fact, several of our lawyers have served the Board of Appeal, either as clerks or external board members.
