It is distinctive for having created a dedicated workplace disputes and discrimination practice group comprising 14 set members, including two especially distinguished practitioners at the employment Bar, and an interviewed solicitor confirms that the set has “significant strength when it comes to employment, industrial and discrimination law.” Group members represent public and private sector players, including trade unions, employers and employees, before courts, tribunals and public inquiries.
