Jennifer Thelen has significant experience in data protection law. She is regularly engaged by government entities to tackle issues under the Freedom of Information Act, as well as advising clients on more novel matters such as the use of artificial intelligence. Thelen is a member of the Attorney General's A Panel of Counsel.

Having been a long-serving member of the Attorney General's FOIA Panel, Rory Dunlop KC has extensive experience representing public authorities in the context of First-tier and Upper Tribunal appeals to ICO decisions. His impressive command of information law not only includes all aspects of FOI but also sees him advise on cases governed by the EIR.

David Mitchell is instructed by public bodies in relation to contractual disputes and breaches under GDPR and the Data Protection Act. He also has noteworthy strengths in information law matters and can advise on appeals under the Freedom of Information Act.
