1.      Deal Description

Guerrero Olivos represented Chilean startup Xepelin, which created a financial services platform for SMEs in Latin America.

Our venture capital and corporate teams assisted Xepelin from the start, in the initial financing rounds and structuring the most efficient corporate scheme for its funding in Chile.

We continued working in local financings and in international financings funded from the United States, where they later established the company (process in which we participated as their counsels too). In addition, during the last week we closed an historic USD230 million A Series financing for a Chilean start-up.
