1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos represented Wayra Chile Tecnología e Innovación SpA in an investment in 2 entrepreneurships. One of them is Vincoed, Inc., a platform that gives access to employees to the best online education programs, and the second one is Retrypay LLC, an e-commerce start-up.
Our venture capital team was in charge of the whole transaction, conducting a due diligence of both companies in USA and Mexico and drafted and negotiated all the documentation of the transactions.
