Toledo Marchetti's Projects team is providing legal assistance to Rumo in structuring the major contracts for the construction of the country’s first state-level railway, the ‘Ferrovia de Mato Grosso’ ("FMT Project"). Toledo Marchetti’s involvement in the case includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the construction contracts for the FMT Project, including EPC Contracts, Civil Works Contracts, and others, as well as advising on the structuring of the main risk allocation matrices and other relevant aspects and documents regarding the legal modelling for the construction, engineering, and procurement procedures.
