("BOAB"), a private company of Aena Group (world’s top 1 airport concessionaire by passenger volume), in modelling the construction procurement method, as well as in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of the corresponding legal documents (Memorandum of Understanding, Term Sheets, EPC Contracts, and other construction and/or design agreements) for the expansion, maintenance, and operation of eleven (11) airports located in Brazil, within the scope of the 7th Round of Airport Concessions promoted by Brazil’s National Agency of Civil Aviation ("ANAC").
