In this edition, Sergio contributes the chapter “Abuse of Process as a Guardian of Arbitral Legitimacy: Emmanuel Gaillard’s Contribution to International Arbitration”, in which he examines abuse of process as a means of safeguarding arbitral legitimacy, drawing on Gaillard’s thought and legacy.
