Marval advises Stellantis on the sale of 50% of FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. shares to BBVA Argentina
Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised Stellantis on the closing of a strategic alliance with BBVA Bank, through the acquisition of 50% of FCA Compañía Financiera S.A., a company that provides financing for customers and for the network of Fiat, Jeep, and RAM dealerships in Argentina.
The Stellantis Group was formed from the merger of the PSA Group and the FCA Group in 2021. Stellantis thus adds another joint venture with BBVA’s subsidiary in Argentina, as they already participate in another company for vehicle financing for individuals and dealerships of the Peugeot, Citroën, and DS Automobiles brands.
The Marval O’Farrell Mairal team was led by partners María Macarena García Mirri and Diego Krischcautzky, together with associates Lucía D. Trillo and Agustín H. Queirolo.
