On December 3, 2025, CNH Industrial Capital Argentina SA issued its class 10 notes for a total of USD 56,429,788. These notes will bear a fixed interest rate of 8.00% and will mature on June 3, 2028. The notes were issued under the program for the issuance of notes for up to USD 200,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies or other units of value, registered under the Simplified Frequent Issuer Regime.

CNHI Capital is a commercial company with a financing purpose within the CNH Industrial Group that offers Argentina SA and Iveco Argentina SA's customers and dealers financing to acquire new and used vehicles, and financing to the dealer network on its stock of units. It is a private company with over 40 years of global experience, more than 20 years in Brazil and 10 years in Argentina; a leader in providing financial solutions for acquiring industrial machinery and equipment.

The placement of the notes was carried out by placement agents Banco Santander Argentina SA, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA, Balanz Capital Valores SAU, Macro Securities SAU, Industrial Valores SA, BBVA Argentina SA, Petrini Valores SA, SBS Trading SA, Allaria SA, Conosur Inversiones SA, and Banco de Valores SA.

The offer was directed to the local market and the notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos SA and for negotiation in the A3 Mercados SA.
